These Terms govern your use of Professional Car Detailing's services and websites (professionalcardetail.com, quote.professionalcardetail.com).

1. Services

We provide automotive detailing, paint protection, ceramic coating, window tinting, and related services at our location at 268 Forest Ave, Locust Valley, NY 11560. Service availability is subject to scheduling and capacity.

2. Quotes

Quotes provided via SMS, email, or phone are estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle's condition differs from what was described, requires unusual additional work, or includes services not included in the original quote. We will discuss any pricing changes with you before performing additional work.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by phone or text at (516) 759-4833. We reserve the right to charge a fee for late cancellations or no-shows for services requiring substantial scheduling commitment (e.g., ceramic coating, multi-day services).

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards via Square, cash, and check.

5. SMS Program

By submitting our quote form or texting our shop number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Professional Car Detailing related to your inquiry, scheduling, and follow-up. Messages may be sent in response to your inquiry and as periodic follow-up reminders.

6. Limitation of Liability

We use commercially reasonable care in performing services. Customers leave vehicles at their own risk for personal property left inside; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Liability for any damage caused by our services is limited to the cost of the service performed.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
